Initial Consultation
We'll start with an initial meeting to get to know each other. You’ll ask me any questions you have, and I’ll ask more about what you’re hoping to achieve. We’ll then design an approach to help you reach your goal. Once we agree to work together, you’ll gain priority access to my calendar and can set up your coaching series.
Depending on your goals, one or more insight assessments may be advised. These may include CliftonStrengths, 16 Personalities, Everything DiSC Profile, and the Basadur Innovation Profile.
Coaching
I currently offer coaching as a 6-month series, which you can then choose to extend. Depending on your need for speed, we can meet once or twice per month.
Strategic Planning
If you are a new leader, or one that needs to take your team in a new direction, let's work together to design a strategic planning retreat or series. My approach is highly consultative & collaborative, focusing first on what’s working well, and then on what gaps exist between the current state and the desired vision. Each strategic planning engagement consists of three stages, and can be done on-site or virtually over Zoom. Costs will vary, but the impact you create will not. Additional coaching hours with you as leader or with other team members can be added to our agreement.
On-site:

Stage 1: Plan/prep, including time with you as the leader

Stage 2: On-site with the team

1 full day: 9am-3pm with working lunch OR

2 consecutive half-days: 1-4pm, 9am-12pm

Stage 3: Follow-up, including time with you to debrief/plan next steps, & documented results from the retreat
Virtual:
